SmartOffice Mobile is Omikron’s native Smartphone App which delivers corporate clients a quick and secure solution for handling their banking business anytime, anywhere using their smartphone. The solution is seamlessly integrated with Omikron’s internet banking suite.
The SmartOffice Mobile app was developed using open standards and is available for iOS and Android. Users download the app directly from Apple Store or Google Play. The solution combines access to a set of banking services with usage of additional native smartphone functions such as branch and ATM search facilities. In addition, banks can easily extend or update the range of services provided, for the most part without needing to involve the stores. In this way, updates with technological improvements or new banking functions can be quickly rolled out.
As an extension to Omikron’s Internet Banking solution MultiCash@SmartOffice, data remains on the bank platform at all times and is never stored on the mobile device. This provides protection of sensitive data against loss or damage. In addition, the authentication and authorization methods fulfil the requirements of the bank for Internet Banking. For instance, a One-Time Password can be combined with a signature generated by an external device such as a mobile TAN or a QR code.
