When I started my product management job at Omikron over 10 years ago, I didn't realise how challenging and dynamic electronic banking can be. After completing my dual study programme in the automotive stronghold of Stuttgart, I was immediately drawn to Omikron in Cologne. Coming from a large corporation, I first had to get used to the flat hierarchy in a medium-sized company, but very quickly learnt to appreciate the responsibility and the trust placed in me. As technical project manager for the development of the new MultiCash generation, I have the exciting task of taking the outstanding functionality of the existing software to a new technological level.
