Founded in the cathedral city of Cologne in 1983, Omikron has grown to become one of the leading providers of software, consulting and services for e-banking in Europe and beyond. As an independent, privately owned company, we see it as our mission to develop products that add value to our customers' core businesses, facilitate the handling of digital information and offer competitive advantages in our chosen markets.
Our products are available for more than 20 countries and in 14 languages and support about 200 national and international data formats. This multilingual basis, combined with the integration of all widespread European standards for customer-bank communication, underlines the international nature of the solutions, which are used by corporates of all sizes, up to and including major international players. The enduring success and substantial market presence of this software, developed and maintained together with our user community, ensure that it makes a wise investment, both now and for the future.

In addition, the strong MultiCash user community, comprising banks and corporates throughout Europe and beyond, ensures continuing rich and proven functionality. The products are intended to be easy to implement and operate, and are developed for those platforms and operating systems that are widespread, and offer a sufficient level of security and user-friendliness.

Omikron's strong international partner network ensures that the Omikron products are adapted fully to local requirements and provides quality services for these products throughout Europe and beyond. The close cooperation with bank associations, inter-bank working groups and corporate treasury associations in numerous countries ensures that our solutions comply with all standards and are maintained in line with market developments. To achieve the highest software standards, Omikron uses a tightly managed Quality Management process, with internal and external testing phases, standardized acceptance procedures and a central Change Request process, in which the international community of partners, banks and corporates are involved.
